Question: Can I limit the speed?
Answer: Yes, you can switch the Zipboard between Beginner Mode (3mph) and Normal Mode (7mph) by pressing the power button.
Question:Does it have self-balancing?
Answer:Yes, but only when you step both feet on the pedal to engage the motor sensors.
Question:How does it turn?
Answer:Just tilt down the front pedal with your toe or heel, towards to the direction you want to turn, at the same time tilt down rear pedal towards to opposite direction.
Question:Can I leave the Zipboard charging all night?
Answer:No. Never charge the battery more than FIVE hours. We recommend to set a timer while charging or use smart plug to control the charging time.
Question:Is the Zipboard water-proof? How can I clean it?
Answer:The Zipboard is not water-proof. If needed, dampen a cloth with water or a mild cleaner and wipe off the Zipboard.
